The Cardex team distributes and promotes unlimited quantities of our Clients' promotional collateral to Concierge and Guest Service staff. These includes brochures, calendars, postcards, menus, and more.

Cardex's monthly publication is a compilation of Client full-page features, event calendar and special events – our way of making Client information easily accessible for Concierge and Guest Service staff.

We maintain a continual open dialogue with our Clients assuring on-target messaging. The Cardex team meets with newly hired Concierge and Guest Service staff to provide an in-depth introduction to the attributes of our Clients.

Cardex receives direct feedback from the Concierge and Guest Service community that we pass on to our Clients. We invite our Clients to visit our locations with Cardex staff. In addition, we invite Concierge and Guest Service staff to visit and experience our Clients. Cardex staff attends hotel and corporate association meetings, tradeshows and events, which provide many additional opportunities to promote our Clients.
